Furnished with black leather broad-back chairs offset with sparkling white walls, the contemporary feel of the salon is completed with a full-wall blow-up of a LOreal poster that adds a rollicking splash of colour. The glass wall-window that overlooks the bustle of 22 Camac Street and Wood Street gives Colors a feel of extended space.
Most people take better care of their skin and do not worry so much about healthy hair. We will focus on making your hair healthy with our personalised service, smiled Sanjay Bhagat, proprietor of Colors.
Aided by a dermascope, there is a separate treatment zone allotted to hair and scalp diagnosis with experts who have a cure for tress stress. Using only LOreal products, the hour-long intensive hair treatments tend to damaged or frizzy hair, itchy scalp, dandruff and hair loss.
The stylists and beauty experts (all trained at the Jawed Habib Academy) will use haircare and beauty products from LOreal, Aviance, Coronation, Lotus, White Secret, Vedic Lines and Aromatherapy.
There are de-stressing hair spas on offer, starting from Rs 800 for women and Rs 600 for men (prices go up depending on hair length). Also impressive are the quick power-boosters that give your damaged, coloured or frizzy hair an instant healthy dazzle. Standard hair services like haircuts, global hair colouring, highlights and rebonding will happen in the main area with Umesh, former trainer at the Jawed Habib Academy, at the helm. Haircuts for women cost Rs 350 and for men Rs 250 while rebonding is priced Rs 3,500 onwards.
Keeping different segments of customers in mind, a colour bar will make our central display unit and an animation of different scalp treatments will adorn one of the walls of our treatment zone before we officially open, signs off Bhagat.
