Guwahati, Feb. 6: Students from various schools of the state will row across the Pitkati Beel in Hajo on the outskirts of the city during the state-level inter-school boat race on Sunday.

Altogether 15 boys and six girls’ under-19 teams have confirmed participation, said Assam Traditional Sports and Dragon Boat Association president Taher Ahmed.

The teams are mostly from schools in Kamrup, Barpeta and Nalbari districts.
