Recruitment policy for management trainees

We generally don’t visit campuses. We call direct interviews as and when required and sometimes recruit trainees.

Mid-career recruitment

We take the help of online job portals as well as advertise in newspapers. However, we prefer to use internal referral systems.

Terms

We have a six-month probation period and the retirement age is 55.

Postings / transfers

Employees are posted at our offices in Calcutta. They are sometimes transferred between departments such as Internet marketing, web hosting, web development, web maintenance, e-commerce, SMS marketing and so on.
