Corus pact

Mumbai, Jan. 21: Tata group-owned Corus has entered into a share purchase agreement to sell two of its aluminium smelters to a unit of Klesch & Company. “Corus and Klesch have signed a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of Corus aluminium smelters by Briand Investments BV, an affiliate of Klesch,” Tata Steel said in a filing to the BSE.

Bajaj launch

New Delhi, Jan. 21: Bajaj Auto has launched its XCD 135 DTS-Si bike priced at Rs 45,000. It plans to launch a sports bike, Ninja 250, along with technology partner Kawasaki in the next four to five months.
