We mostly recruit through contacts. At times, we take the help of reputed consultants too.

Terms

We don’t have a contractual system. Terms and conditions are set by the management in accordance with the existing statutory rules / laws. The age of retirement is 58 years.

Postings / transfers

Our offices are located at Mumbai, Calcutta, New Delhi and Bangalore. Employees are posted at the place they are initially recruited for.

Depend on performance of the employees.
