Fengshui

Recently I saw a flat in a high-rise building, which is quite irregular in shape but meets almost all our demands. Before investing our savings, I would like your advice.

Sunanda Das

Irregular and odd-shaped flats will always give you problems with missing sectors, sharp corners and cramped chi. In extreme cases you may also find more than four walls in each room. As a general rule, a square shape is best. It ensures total stability although it can be a bit boring. The more square the flat, the more balanced the chi and the less likely you will have problems living in it. If at all you decide to buy this flat, then chances are that you will either find yourself ill at ease or disoriented over a period of time.

I am born on 2.4.82. I would like to know about my career. I have PGDM (international business) and BBM (marketing) degrees. Which sector should I join? In the past I have not been successful in the domestic marketing sector.

According to your pillars of destiny, you are a strong wood person. This makes you extremely ambitious and determined in life. Being born in the mid-spring season when the wood element is at its peak, your water elements have been exhausted. This could be draining away your communication skills. The fire element represents your immediate intelligence, which means aggressiveness, leadership and management. Fortunately you are going through a fire period. So tap this good phase to go ahead and put your skills into action. Always face east or north while working. Surround yourself with fire, earth and metal elements and their related colours. These are red, maroon, beige, cream, yellow, brown, white and grey.
