Recently I saw a flat in a high-rise building, which is quite irregular in shape but meets almost all our demands. Before investing our savings, I would like your advice.

Irregular and odd-shaped flats will always give you problems with missing sectors, sharp corners and cramped chi. In extreme cases you may also find more than four walls in each room.
