Harvest festival
Raij Raliang will celebrate its annual harvest festival at Raliang in Jowai.

Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio will inaugurate the Namsang EAC Headquarters at Kongshong in Kohima.

The inaugural function of the Abita Gramin Krishi Unnayan Prakalpa Village Research Nodal Centre set in association with the Indian Space Research Organisation through the North Eastern Space Applications Centre, Shillong, at 11am at 5 Rajgarh Link Road, Guwahati. Chief minister Tarun Gogoi will inaugurate the centre.
Debate
An inter-college debate competition among students of the city is organised by the Rotary Club (Gauhati South) in memory of late Hridya Jyoti Kutum at Pensioners Bhawan in Chandmari, Guwahati, at 4pm.
