For your skin only

With winter around the corner, it’s time to pamper your skin big time. Hindustan Unilever has just launched its premium skincare range to beat the winter blues.

Try out Aviance Prestige Absolute White with Vita-Sphere Technology that lightens the complexion with the release of vitamin C. It contains mulberry extracts, whitening vitamins and natural acids that work in harmony with the skin’s natural process to fight against signs of premature ageing. There’s more from the brand: the Aviance Prestige Absolute White Intensive Night Cream that’s priced at Rs 2,200 for 40gm, the Refining Day Emulsion that costs Rs 1,900 for 45ml, the toner that can be yours for Rs 1,550 for 100ml and the hydrating foam that costs Rs 850 for 115ml. All the products are sold through Hindustan Unilever Network consultants who can be reached at www.hun.co.in.

Write it

Those of you with a fetish for pens, here’s something for you. Luxor’s new festive collection, the Expression Range, offers roller ball pens with names like Monte Kristo, Kamry, Monalisa, Magnum and Spectrum. Apart from the pens, there are gift packs that include a metallic matte finish key-holder, a multi-utility Swiss knife, a single ruled premium executive class A6 notebook, a chrome matt finish calendar, a cardholder, a clock, a glossy black leather wallet with several pockets and even a Louis Charron wristwatch. The packs are priced between an affordable Rs 200 and Rs 700 and are available at Luxor Signature Stores and at prominent retail stores.

Watch out

Ok, enough of the goody-two-shoes act. How about being bad for a change — with Swatch as your partner in crime? The uber-cool watch brand has launched the 007 Villains Collection, a range of trendy watches modelled on the villains of the James Bond movies — from old-timers like Max Zorin (A View to Kill) to the latest, Dominic Greene (Quantum of Solace).

The watches are priced between Rs 2,200 and Rs 9,400. They are available at Prime Watch World in Calcutta and all Swatch stores across the country.
