No more boring red, pink and white roses for birthdays and anniversaries. Send your loved one or colleague a King Protea or Australian Pin Cushion along with loads of other goodies from the newly opened outlet of Right Florist at BE Block, Salt Lake.

Right Florist is one of India’s largest florist networks serving clients in over 250 cities in India and 120 destinations worldwide. The newly opened store will cater to both corporate and retail clients.

“Flowers are still a luxury item in India and unlike in the US or other European countries, they are not an impulse purchase. We want to create an awareness about various kinds of flowers and about their preservation,” says Siddhartha Somani, CEO, Right Florist.

The store offers fresh flowers, cakes, chocolates and other yummy delights for all reasons and seasons, with a special feature of midnight delivery. The flowers are mostly imported from Thailand, South Africa and Holland and the price of a bouquet ranges anywhere between Rs 200 and Rs 2,000 (excluding delivery charges).

Right Florist is also launching a product catalogue containing 80 designer bouquet ideas, to be distributed, at first, to corporate clients exclusively. Customers also have the option of placing an order online or visiting the outlets to choose what catches the eye. The company stresses on preservation of flowers for longevity and the catalogue will provide some tips on that.

“If you want your gift to stand out, it needs special design. And these days, regular flowers have been replaced by exotic ones. We can help you make your gift special and remembered,” says Somani.
