Ranchi, Nov. 1: The chief minister’s principal secretary B.K. Tripathi has been given the additional charge of civil aviation department as well. Tripathi is already holding the additional charge of information and public relations department. The new responsibility will be in addition to the existing ones.

Tourism secretary Arun Kumar Singh has been given additional charge of animal husbandry and fisheries department, as its principal secretary Aditya Swaroop has been transferred to Dumka, where he would function as the divisional commissioner of Santhal Pargana. .

Road construction department secretary N.N. Sinha has swapped posts with industry secretary K.K. Khandelwal, who will also hold the additional charge of mines and geology department.

Registration department principal secretary Sudhir Prasad will hold additional charge of planning and welfare department. Revenue and land reforms department principal secretary R.S. Poddar has been given the additional charge of co-operative department.

Jharkhand State Mineral Development Corporation managing director Shyam Sundar Prasad will replace Godda deputy commissioner Rahul Sharma who is going to Latehar in same capacity.

RRDA deputy chairman V.P.N. Singh has been made the excise commissioner.

Planning and development department joint secretary Puja Singhal Purwar will replace Gumla deputy commissioner Himani Pandey, who has been sent to Lohardaga. Another planning and development department joint secretary Gopal Das will be the new deputy chairman of RRDA.
