New Delhi: Teen sensation Yuki Bhambri annexed the Osaka Mayor Cup singles title after beating local favourite Hiroki Moriya in the final of the World Super Junior Tennis Championships in straight sets in Osaka on Sunday.
The top-seeded Indian beat the second seed Japanese 6-2, 6-3 in the hard court event.
The win will fetch Yuki 250 ranking points, which will catapult him to the top-five zone in the world junior rankings. He is presently placed at No. 18. (PTI)
