Reshmi’s baliye

Ex-Sananda Tilottama Reshmi Ghosh, who has now become a mainstay in the saas-bahu space on TV, is all set to tie the knot. The man? Amit Gupta. Who? A small-time actor of the small screen. The two met at Kishore Namit Kapoor’s acting class five years ago and they have been going around since.

“Everyone in Calcutta would ask me every time I am there or

on the phone, whether I am seeing someone or whether I am settling down any time soon. Well I am ready to tell the world and very proudly so that Amit is the guy and we will get married soon,” Reshmi told t2 recently.

Reshmi and Amit will appear as one of the jodis on Nach Baliye 4 which premieres on STAR Plus this Friday night. “Nach Baliye is a very big platform where we can showcase our chemistry to the world,” added Reshmi. “I am already established as an actor while Amit is not... so Nach Baliye will see us on the same stage dancing together.”

The marriage should happen after Nach Baliye winds up. “We have been planning three wedding functions... first in Calcutta, then in Madhya Pradesh (Amit’s hometown) and finally in Mumbai,” revealed Reshmi.
