Mumbai, Sept. 15: BSNL and the UK’s Cable & Wireless have signed an MoU for sharing of networks and other telecom infrastructure. Cable & Wireless will support BSNL’s global network expansion.

New Delhi, Sept. 15: The government has appointed Ashok Chawla as the secretary of the department of economic affairs. M. Madhavan Nambiar was appointed as the secretary of the ministry of civil aviation, in place of Chawla.
