DBS Chola
DBS Chola Mutual Fund has launched a close-ended fund, DBS Chola Fixed Maturity Plan Series 10-Quarterly Plan II (91 days). The fund will invest in debt, corporate bonds, government and money market securities. The scheme will mature on December 11, 2008, and investors can opt between a cumulative and a dividend option. An investor will have to pay a 0.50 per cent exit load for redemption before maturity. The minimum application amount is Rs 5,000. The fund closes on September 11.
ING-Platina
ING Vysya Bank has launched ING-Platina preferred banking services for its customers. Each member having this account will be assisted by a relationship manager who will help with easy access to the account and transactions and also with financial planning. Platina account members will get a debit card with cash withdrawals up to Rs 1 lakh per day and a free demat account.
ICICI Prudential
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company has introduced e-portfolio statement that will provide its policyholders with a customised electronic statement with complete investment details in unit-lined policies with the company on a monthly basis. It will also give a break-up of their investments in equity and debt funds.
