Guwahati, Sept. 4: Three rhino carcasses, including that of a calf, were recovered from the Kaziranga National Park today. The horns of both the adult rhinos were also recovered. Altogether five rhinos have died in the latest bout of floods in the park till now.

Two injured: Two civilians were injured when a hand grenade exploded in front of an LPG dealer on Regional Institution of Medical Sciences (RIMS) Road in Imphal on Thursday. Eyewitnesses said two motorcycle-borne youths hurled the grenade and sped away, reports our Imphal correspondent

Blast: Two persons, including a woman, were injured following a blast at their Ishpur village house in Kamrup district late on Wednesday night. Police said the couple were sleeping when the blast occurred around 1.30am.
