TELL ME WHY

Have you ever wondered why tigers have stripes on them? Most tigers, you will notice, are orange-brown or dark yellow with grey or black stripes. There are patches of white fur on their faces, ears and on their stomachs. The stripes camouflage the tiger, helping it to blend into the grasses and edges of forests where it lives. The tiger’s stripes help it to get close to a prey without alerting it in advance.
