Recruitment policy for management trainees

Through campus interviews in engineering colleges (especially civil engineers) as well as B-schools. We also recruit students from degree colleges through our internship programme.

Mid-career recruitment

We recruit a lot at this level, usually through advertisements, recruitment consultants and internal referrals.

Terms

There is a six-month probation period and a yearly performance appraisal. The retirement age is 58.

Currently, employees may be posted in either Calcutta or Jaipur.
