We have a number of vacancies at this level and we take the help of recruitment consultants, job sites, the print media, employee referrals and internal sources.

Terms

Most people work at our company till they retire at 58, unless, of course, they choose to leave.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be posted at our offices in Delhi and Chennai, at the cement plants or the sugar mills.

We are hiring a lot of engineers (mechanical, electrical and civil) across levels for our greenfield projects in the cement business. We also have openings in HR, finance, commercial and geology divisions. We are also increasing the intellectual bandwidth at the CxO levels to drive our foray into new sectors.
