Aptech has posted a growth of 18 per cent in its net revenues at Rs 25.78 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 compared with Rs 21.87 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. Its operating profit increased 23 per cent to 4.47 crore against with 3.64 crore in the year-ago period.
Balasore Alloys Ltd has reported a 435.59 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 33.29 crore for the 15 months ended March 31, 2008 compared with Rs 6.21 crore during the corresponding period ending December 31, 2006. Turnover for the period increased 55.53 per cent to Rs 53.08 crore from Rs 34.13 crore during the corresponding 15-month period in 2006.
Nirmal Lifestyle plans to create 20 townships under the brand name of Lifestyle City in the country. The company has identified five locations, including two in Mumbai and one each in Pune, Indore and Panvel. It plans to develop these five townships in Phase I at an investment of $5 billion.
