Comfort rules

Clothes Rack celebrated its second anniversary with designers Dev and Nil dropping in to talk about fashion, comfort and organic clothing on the occasion. The event also saw the proprietors give away gift bags to the neighbouring slum children as part of the celebrations.

The collection of summer wear at the Rowland Road store is full of cottons, light summer dresses, tunics, shirts, shorts, T-shirts and more. The store stocks factory surplus garments from international brands like FCUK and Abercrombie and Fitch.

“It is really important to be comfortable in what you wear more than following fashion blindly because, ultimately, one has to be able to carry off the outfit,” said Nil.

The clothes are priced between Rs 300 and Rs 1,200.
