Krishnagar, March 31: Two CPM leaders were seriously injured when Congress supporters beat them up in the block office in Shantipur, Nadia. The Congress’s Kartick Adhikary brought 150 supporters and demanded their names be included in the below-poverty-line list. Panchayat chief Sushil Sil and panchayat samiti member Subhas Basak were attacked after they protested.
