Bokaro, March 22: Three persons were injured in road accidents here today and four were admitted to hospitals after consuming liquor and falling ill.

The youths were injured in separate incidents, at Balidih, Sonata and Chas. All the three were riding motorcycles rashly and rammed into vehicles or road dividers. One of them, Amit Kumar, is reported to be in a serious condition after sustaining multiple fractures.

At Phusro, residents Bhushan Mahto and Sonelal were admitted to a private nursing home after consuming liquor. At Petarwar, elderly persons were admitted to a local nursing home after consuming bhaang.
