We have recruited a few management trainees from IIT Kharagpur and Amity Business School, New Delhi.

Mid-career recruitment

Most of our recruitment is mid-career for which we generally engage consultants. We do not advertise and avoid personal references.

Terms

We have a one-year probationary period and the retirement age is 60.

Postings / transfers

Employees are posted at our factory in Kalyani, the corporate office in Calcutta or our branches in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.Transfers take place based on requirements.

Special facilities

We offer loans for children’s education and sponsor our employees’ higher education.
