Recruitment policy for management trainees

Depending on the specialisation of candidates and company requirements, we organise a preliminary round of interviews that is followed by technical tests. The final interview is taken by the directors.

Mid-career recruitment

We handle mid-career recruitments in our organisation through a mix of referrals, networking, e-portals, consultants and advertisements in various newspapers and magazines.

Terms

We do not have a contractual system in our company. People can work at the ILS Multispeciality Clinic until they are 58 years old, unless, of course, they choose to leave the organisation, which is generally in extreme circumstances.

Postings / transfers

As of now our office is located in Calcutta so we do not have a transfer system in place.
