We handle mid-career recruitments through a mix of referrals, networking, e-portals, consultants and advertisements.

Terms

We do not have a contractual system, people work at Eka until they retire at 58, unless, of course, they choose to leave.

Postings / transfers

Our employees are posted at the Bangalore headquarters. Some of them have to travel a lot to the sites where our clients’ offices are located.
