Recruitment policy for management trainees

Freshers are recruited as trainees through newspaper advertisements. We also invite applications from different institutes and management schools.

Mid-career recruitment

We believe in grooming talents from within. When we do recruit mid-level managers, we use job sites, referrals and newspaper advertisements.

Terms

Employees are confirmed as soon as they win the management’s confidence. Performance-linked remuneration is revised on the basis of appraisals.

Postings / transfers

Jobs are transferable and postings depend on the job requirements. We offer the option of full-time, part-time or contractual work.
