We normally recruit freshers through campus interviews.

Mid-career recruitment

For lateral recruitment, we use consultants.

Terms

There is a probation period of six months and the retirement age is 58. Managers need to give a two-month notice and senior managers a three-month notice.

Postings / transfers

We encourage cross-functional transfers within the company and inter-industry transfers within the group.

The group runs businesses in about seven sectors.

Special facilities

Each employee undergoes five days of training (internal / external) every year. Selected employees are given the opportunity of doing an executive MBA programme from NMIMS.
