Sargodha, Pakistan, Nov. 1 (Reuters): A suicide bomber today rammed an air force bus in Pakistan killing 8 people while troops killed up to 70 militants in the northwest.

The bus was on its way to an air base in this central province of Punjab. Twenty-seven were wounded.

Troops today killed up to 70 militants as fighting flared in the Swat valley in North West Frontier Province.
