New Delhi, Aug. 16: DCM Shriram Consolidated has sold 38 acres of Swatantra Bharat Mills to real estate major DLF for Rs 837 crore. The project has been valued at Rs 1,675 crore. DSCL owns 50 per cent undivided rights and titles in the project. DCM Shriram will use the money to part fund its expansion.

Mobile tariff

New Delhi, Aug. 16: Trai has said it cannot regulate mobile tariffs, although it felt that a recent hike in call and sms rates by some operators was not in the interest of consumers.

Fuel price

New Delhi, Aug. 16: State-run oil firms have sought an immediate hike in petrol, diesel, lpg and kerosene prices as they are losing over Rs 185 crore per day on sale of the four products.
