Calcutta: A three-member team from the Economic Offences Wing of Mumbai police on Tuesday interrogated Kunal Ghosh, personal assistant of former BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya, in connection with the case pertaining to alleged misappropriation of funds during the 1996 World Cup.

The interrogation, which took place at the CAB headquarters, lasted half an hour. According to a source, a few “routine questions” were asked.

This comes a week before the BCCI’s special general meeting in Mumbai.
