New Delhi: Eighth seeds Mahesh Bhupathi and Pavel Vizner sailed past Chilean-Croatian pair of Fernando Gonzalez and Ivan Ljubicic 6-4, 6-2 to enter the quarter finals of $2.45 million Roger Masters in Monteal, Canada. Fourth seeds Leander Paes and his Czech partner Martin Damm have also got a bye in the opening round.

Paes and Damm will face the winners of French duo of Julien Benneteau-Michael Llodra and Canadian wildcards Frank Dancevic-Frederic Niemeyer. If Paes and Damm manage to win their first matchthey would run into Bhupathi and Vizner. (PTI)
