Gurgaon: Anirban Lahiri shot one-under 71 to go into sole lead on the final stage of the qualifying school of the Professional Golfers’ Tour of India (PGTI) here on Wednesday.

Lahiri’s 71 was the only sub-par round of the first day at the par 72 Golden Greens Golf and Country Club.

Lahiri was then followed by another amateur Raj Randhawa, who topped the first stage of the Q-school, Balvinder Singh Mattu and Bangaldeshi Player, Siddikur Rehman, all of whom had rounds of even par 72.

Lahiri has already won two amateur titles this season.
