Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees (with a good academic record) from tier-I and tier-II business schools. They are selected after a round of aptitude test, case study, group discussion, functional and HR interviews. They have to undergo training for six months before taking on specialised areas within the function.

Mid-career recruitment

It is done through referrals, job portals, consultants and internal job movements.

Terms

Employees are offered permanent jobs.

Postings / transfers

All our positions are based at our Global Innovation Centre (GIC), Chennai. Some of the positions entail travel to overseas locations as well.

Special facilities

There is a cafeteria, a recreation room and fully-furnished overnight stay rooms.
