Carnoustie: Jeev Milkha Singh’s British Open campaign came to an end on Friday as he missed the cut for the first time in a major (as reported in Saturday’s Late City edition). Jeev, playing his first Open, carded a second round 73, but it was not enough to see him through to the weekend rounds of the year’s third major. (PTI)
