Recruitment policy for management trainees

Being a new entrant in India, we have not yet started appointing management trainees. We will start doing so from next year.

Mid-career recruitment

We normally hire through postings on job portals or through head hunters. Contacts are also explored.

Terms

We have a six-month probation period and on successful completion of that period, we offer our employees permanent employment. Our retirement age is 58 years. We also offer contractual assignments.

Postings/ transfers

In India, our headquarters is in Delhi and we have representative offices in the metros. We will soon be converting the representative offices into branch offices. Transfers happen both within and outside the country.

Special facilities

Employee Stock Option Plans are considered for the top management positions.
