All colleges affiliated to Calcutta University will issue admission forms for first-year undergraduate courses within 24 hours of the declaration of the results of the 2007 Higher Secondary examinations.

The results are likely to be declared in the first week of June. “The colleges will have to complete all admissions within August 17,” said Shyamal Sarkar, secretary of the university’s undergraduate council on Thursday.
