CA tribute

Melbourne: Cricket Australia (CA) will on Friday pay tribute to its first ever indigenous team of 14 Aboriginal players who toured England in 1868. “The date falls on Sunday (May 13), so the flags will be flown on Friday,” a media release said.

The Aboriginal team played 47 matches between May and October — winning 14, losing 14 and drawing 19. (PTI)
