Recruitment policy for management trainees

Most of it is for technical services. We visit engineering campuses and also look at forced applications.

Mid-career recruitment

This is done through newspaper advertisements, consultants and job portals. Our employee referral schemes have also proved useful.

Terms

All our employees are permanent employees. The retirement age is 60 years. We do not offer contracts.

Postings/ transfers

Employees are posted at our various WDC/client locations like Calcutta, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon and Mumbai. Employees may be transferred to any of the locations as per the project requirement.

Special facilities

We offer mediclaim to all employees. Employees are also reimbursed for any technical certifications that they get. Other facilities include corporate tie-ups with leading brands for providing insurance advice, mobile connection and corporate credit cards.
