Indo Rama plan

Indo Rama Synthetics plans to set up an integrated textile park spread over 500 acres at Vidarbha, Maharashtra. The company will also look at joint ventures or invest as a co-promoter in the park. It will be set up under the Centre’s integrated textile park scheme that provides subsidy for infrastructure development.

Goldstone

Goldstone Technologies has reported a net profit of Rs 12.4 crore in the year ended March 31 against Rs 1.09 crore a year ago. The company’s sales stood at Rs 96.9 crore against Rs 80.2 crore. Its EPS was Rs 9.56.

RS Software

RS Software Ltd has posted a profit before tax of Rs 5 crore in the year ended March 31. The company garnered revenues from operations worth Rs 100.8 crore.

Jubilant buy

Jubilant Organosys has bought the US-based Hollister-Stier Laboratories. Jubilant plans to use a combination of cash-on-hand and Hollister’s debt capacity to fund the acquisition. The acquisition is expected to be completed by June.

GNFC net

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Co Ltd (GNFC) has registered a net profit of Rs 326.47 crore for 2006-07 against Rs 294.72 crore a year ago. Profit before tax was Rs 489.39 crore.
