London: Arsenal and Chelsea have both been fined £100,000 and reprimanded after a mass confrontation in the closing minutes of last month’s League Cup final in Cardiff, the FA said on Tuesday.

Arsenal became the first team in the history of English soccer to have two players sent off in a major final when captain Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Adebayor were red carded.
