Dismissing five of his opponents for just seven runs in the first semifinal of the Nessa Cup Twenty20 cricket tournament at Gauhati Refinery Sector II ground today, Jyoti Medhi of Friends United ensured a chance for his team to take a shot at the title.

Friends United inflicted a six-wicket defeat on hosts Noonmati Cricket Academy to move into the final.
