We believe in spontaneous upgradation. The managerial skills of employees are developed by effective training. Recruitment is based on regional needs. We use advertisements, referrals and internal contacts.
We have different recruitment policies for various levels. Each new employee is put on probation for three months for in-house training before the appointment.
There are 30 outlets across the country. Internal transfers are encouraged but not imposed on employees.
