All roads lead to the IIMs. That was evident on January 26 and 27, 2007, when Career Launcher conducted their boot camp to help students master the techniques of cracking the personality assessment round of the IIMs. They roped in experts like Arindam Lahiri, director, academics and Dipanjan Das, GM (North and East India), to discuss tips and strategies. It was a 30-hour capsule covering group discussions, case studies and interviews.

Building Global Learning Communities through Leadership and Technology was the theme of the conference hosted by Afairs, India’s leading education fair organisers on February 2, 2007. Issues like, “What’s wrong with our Teaching,” “Leadership and Innovation in teaching,” were discussed. Two hundred and fifty delegates, comprising principals, heads of schools, managing trustees, administrators and teachers participated in the event.
