Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management and engineering graduates from institutes in and around Calcutta. We make campus visits between December and February.

Mid-career recruitment

Existing employees are recruited on the basis of their competence and potential. In the case of external recruitments, we go through employee references, the application and e-recruitment files.

Terms

We recruit people on the regular rolls and on fixed-term contracts in the non-core areas of our business.

Postings/ transfers

Employees are usually posted at our units in Calcutta. As our business has expanded, people might also be posted at Raipur, Siliguri, Darjeeling, Nagpur and Mohali in the future.

Special facilities

Employees can access the housing facility in our group projects. They are also offered discounts on medical treatment by our hospitals.
