Calcutta: Fifth seed Shivika Burman stormed into the DLTA-ITF Juniors’ semi-finals with a 6-1, 6-4 win over 13th seeded Thailand girl Khunpak Issara in Delhi on Thursday.

According to information reaching here, she will face sixth seeded Aleksandra Kolesnichenko (Uzbekistan) for a place in the final.

Shivika had pipped Ukrainian Alyona Sotnikova 6-1, 5-7, 7-5 in the pre-quarter finals
