Today: Seminar on wildlife crime in India, 1 pm; Elephant Death by Trains in North Bengal, a slide show, 3 pm; The Great Indian Tiger Crisis, 6 pm.

Eye on art & soiree

CIMA Annual 2006, an exhibition of artworks, at CIMA Gallery, 2 pm to 7 pm. Travelling on a personal journey, works by Iris Hudson Ghosh, will open at Galerie 88, 3 pm to 7 pm. Srijaner Srijitora, a show of paintings by children, at Academy of Fine Arts, South Gallery, 2 pm to 8 pm. Annual musical soiree at the courtyard of Laha Bati, 5.30 pm onwards.
