Calcutta, Dec. 28: The commerce and industry department will tomorrow publish a list of Singur farmers who have given their consent for handing over land for the Tata Motors small-car project.

According to department officials, the government is yet to receive consent for 39 acres, where around 800 farmers have their holdings and where the resistance is maximum. There are around 6,000 plot owners in Singur.
