Calcutta: Former world No. 1 and two-time (2004, 2005) Chennai Open champion and 2006 runner-up Carlos Moya has confirmed his participation for the Chennai Open to be held from January 1-7.

This will be the Spaniard’s fifth appearance in the last six years of the tournament.

According to a mdeia release, Moya said: “It is always a pleasure to come back here. I have had some memorable performances in Chennai and I hope to continue the same and hopefully win my third title.”
