Gurgaon: Gaganjeet Bhullar carded a final round of one over 73 to clinch the Royal Challenge Golden Greens amateur title at the par-72 Golden Greens Golf & Country Club here on Friday.

This was Bhullar’s third consecutive title on the amateur circuit.

Bhullar’s tournament tally of one-under 287 was five strokes ahead of Anirban Lahiri who shot a 78 to finish second at four-over 292.

Joseph Chakola fired a two over 74 to finish third at 294, while Himmat Rai carded a final round of three over 75 to finish fourth at 297.

Chirag Kumar shot a 74 to occupy the joint fifth position with Simarjeet Singh, Gagan Verma and Manav Jaini at 299.
