Sania stays at No. 38

New Delhi: Sania Mirza goes into the All England Championships still at No. 38 on the latest WTA rankings despite her first round exit at the Ordina Open last week.

The Indian has been handed a tough first round draw at Big W ? she is pitted against seventh seed Elena Dementieva of Russia.

The Hyderabadi will be partnering Holland’s Michaella Krajicek in doubles.Leander Paes, after his feat at the Ordina Open, moved up a spot to No. 14 in the men’s doubles rankings, while Mahesh Bhupathi remained at 28th.
